What prosecutors have already expressed a concern that some of the jurors may be tainted by information that has been released about the accuser. So, prosecutors may be asking questions and enquiring about whether these jurors have any information, whether they know about her sexual activities that have been released, whether they know about her creditability, and whether they have any opinions about that. They have expressed their concern and emotions to continue, and so they may, who knows, even bring up again this issue of continuing the case if they find that jurors are tainted. So, they are going to be looking for that and prosecutors are also going to be looking for jurors that are willing to take a person at their word. People that will think, you know, if a young woman says she was raped, then she must have been raped. Why would she say it if it wasn’t so? The defense on the other hand are going to be looking for people that are more skeptical, people that are believe none of what you hear and half of what you say types that are inclined to wanna to put what someone says to the test and not really take somebody at their word, and surprisingly defense lawyers will probably be looking for women on the jury because women are often very hard on their own gender and I would imagine that the older the woman, the better because some of the activities of this young woman might not go very well with an older woman, some people might look scans at some of her activities, we know that there is going to be information about her sexual activity in and around the time that she was allegedly raped, she went over to Kobe Bryant’s room, there was apparently some consensual activity, and then it stopped and it seems that women will be harder on her than one might think.
