Well, still think there is a chance the prosecution might try to back out at the last minute in some graceful way if they can. If they can show the jury pool is tainted, they may, you know, try to say they are not going to proceed because there was a tainted jury pool or something. There still is a possibility of the prosecution not going forward or if the case being settled, but if it does go forward, there are set to start testimony on September 7th. It shouldn’t take more than a few weeks, but you know sometimes these cases go a lot longer than we think they should, but you have mostly got her testimony, a couple of experts testifying, I am not sure who else they have lined up, but that is the main crux of the case, is her testimony, and she probably will be on the stand for quite a long time.
